Substance Use and Harms Tool

The Substance Use and Harms Tool provides comprehensive epidemiological information on substance use and harms data in Ontario. It enables users to explore the most recent 10 years of data for including emergency department visits, hospitalizations and deaths. Results can be viewed by public health unit, age, sex, and in some cases, drug type.

The Substance Use and Harms Tool will be updated with more recent data quarterly and will expand to include other substances (e.g., alcohol, tobacco and cannabis), and harm reduction and substance use indicators.
